Job Summary

Own and optimize the end-to-end B2C growth engine from awareness to retention, with heavy emphasis on channel mix, spend discipline, and lifecycle marketing to lift LTV and reduce CAC.

Job Description

Own the B2C acquisition engine across paid and organic channels while driving revenue, CAC and LTV:CAC targets with strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities: Own B2C acquisition strategy across all paid and organic channels (PPC, paid social, SEO, affiliates, PR)
Responsibilities: Manage channel mix and budget allocation to hit revenue, CAC and LTV:CAC targets
Responsibilities: Lead trading decisions — adjusting spend, targeting, and offers based on real-time performance
Responsibilities: Lead a team with a culture of deeply understanding channel performance and continually iterating and testing to improve it
