Job Summary

Own the marketing and communications function end to end, shaping strategy, brand positioning, and cross-channel campaigns with a data-driven, stakeholder-facing lens.

  • Own the integrated marketing program, channels, and measurement framework to drive growth and awareness.
  • Lead a high-performance team, budget, and agency partner management to deliver on impact.
  • Coordinate CEO communications and partner engagement to advance fundraising and policy goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver an organisation-wide marketing and communications strategy
  • Provide strategic marketing input to organisational planning and growth initiatives
  • Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Manage marketing budgets, planning, reporting and performance evaluation
  • Strengthen Living Better's brand, reputation and market positioning
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all digital and offline channels
  • Lead integrated campaigns, stakeholder communications and public affairs activity
  • Support CEO communications and engagement with key partners, funders and local authorities
  • Lead SEO, paid media, email marketing and social media strategies
  • Oversee website performance, user experience and digital optimisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing or communications leadership role
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering marketing strategies
  • Experience across digital marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience using Google analytics, SaaS, CRM and CMS platforms
  • Strong project management and budget management capabilities
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on measurable outcomes

Preferred

  • Experience within the charity, public, health or wellbeing sectors
  • WordPress, Divi, Beacon CRM or similar platform experience
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • PR, partnership, or fundraising campaign experience
