Job Summary

Own the national revenue engine with clear ownership of strategy, GTM, and high-value deal closure.

  • Forge strategic partnerships: network with key decision-makers and align marketing and delivery to package digital and AI offerings for a national audience.

Responsibilities

  • Own national revenue growth by setting and surpassing targets, identifying new opportunities, and closing high value deals with national clients.
  • Build and optimize sales operations with scalable processes, CRM practices, lead generation, qualification, and revenue forecasting.
  • Drive business development and strategic partnerships while partnering with marketing and delivery to package digital and AI offerings for a national audience.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue and managing sales operations, specifically within a digital marketing agency or a closely related B2B digital service environment.
  • You must have demonstrable experience in scaling commercial operations and successfully selling digital services such as SEO, paid media, and web development to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • You should be adept at building sales processes and utilizing CRM systems to drive efficiency and accountability.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to build relationships both externally with clients and internally across different departments.
