Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the overall online sales channel, including profit and loss, budget, and resource allocation to maximize revenue.
  • Oversee daily platform operations, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and product teams to enhance website functionality and optimize the customer journey.
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, paid advertising, email, and social media to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Use data analytics to monitor performance, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
  • Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Establish partnerships with third-party vendors to expand capabilities and offerings.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive movements to keep us at the forefront of e-commerce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven success in driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and making informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and teams.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and experience in optimizing customer journeys.
  • Knowledge of the UK & Ireland regulatory environment related to digital sales and marketing.
  • Collaboration skills to build partnerships and work effectively across departments.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
