Job Summary

Own a global demand and portfolio marketing function, driving a repeatable, data-informed campaign engine with cross-functional partners, to generate pipeline and revenue while elevating portfolio messaging and AI-enabled optimization across channels.

  • Campaign Engine & Data: Build a scalable process with Marketing Ops, Content, and regional teams, embedding segmentation and channel orchestration.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Set global lead gen KPIs and use analytics and AI insights to improve conversion and overall revenue impact.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Events, Digital, Portfolio, and Communications to deliver integrated campaigns and a connected audience experience.

Job Description

Lead a global demand and portfolio marketing function, shaping a repeatable campaign engine, data-driven lead generation, and AI-enabled optimization across digital channels, events, and cross-functional partners to drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Growth/Portfolio Marketing: Manage and develop a team across demand, campaigns, digital and events.
  • Campaign Engine: Lead the development and execution of a clear, repeatable process with Marketing Ops, Content, and a cross-functional team.
  • Global Lead Gen & AI Optimisation: Own lead generation KPIs and pipeline targets, using data, predictive insight, and AI-enabled optimization to improve performance and conversion.
  • Events Alignment: Coordinate with Events to align regional/global campaigns and revenue goals.
  • Measurement & Optimisation: Enforce regular reporting from cross-functional teams and hold monthly measurement meetings to drive tactical improvement.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Partner with Portfolio, Content, Demand, Digital and Comms for stronger messaging and a connected audience experience across channels.
  • KPIs & Growth: Set team KPIs aligned with marketing functions to drive lead generation, portfolio impact, and digital engagement while boosting lead quality and pipeline contribution.
  • Reporting & Martech: Enhance reporting with Marketing Ops, ensuring dashboards, analytics, and martech integrations, including AI-driven insights where appropriate.
  • Revenue Pipeline Transparency: Collaborate with Sales data and Marketing Ops to report monthly on marketing revenue pipeline within Salesforce and improve visibility of marketing effectiveness.
  • Campaign Governance: Project-manage campaigns, run regular assessment meetings, and deliver monthly performance reports to leadership.
