Head of Communications & Corporate Support

Responsibilities

• - lead a portfolio of services that help shape how staff and residents experience Wales & West Housing Group.
• - lead how we communicate and engage with colleagues, residents, Board members and stakeholders. You will work with our Communications & Corporate Engagement Team to ensure we support leaders to communicate effectively and ensure people have meaningful opportunities to contribute to organisational priorities and improvement activity.
• - provide leadership for Welsh language services, community assistance, and corporate support services, ensuring these areas are responsive, customer-focused and make a positive contribution to the organisation and the communities we serve.
• - Working across organisational boundaries, you will build strong relationships, identify opportunities for improvement and use feedback and performance information to help services continually evolve and improve.
• - lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, create a culture of collaboration and service excellence, and ensure resources are focused on delivering value and positive outcomes.
• - help colleagues thrive, strengthen engagement across the organisation and maximise WWHG's impact in our communities.
• - be a strategic and inspiring leader with experience of communications, engagement, customer-focused or support services.
