Responsibilities

• You own our entire outbound engine, end to end. Not a piece of it. All of it.
• List building : sourcing, scraping and segmenting our target market (lead gen agencies running cold email for clients)
• Enrichment : wiring up waterfall enrichment across data providers, verifying, cleaning, structuring
• Copy and sequencing : writing the sequences, testing angles, iterating on reply data
• Infrastructure : running the sending systems (we are the infrastructure company, you will have the best in the world at your disposal)
• Reporting : daily granular reporting on sends, replies, positive replies and booked calls. You report on what comes back and you own the numbers

Requirements

• 12+ months hands-on outbound experience (agency or in-house)
• You understand sequencing, deliverability and waterfall data enrichment in practice, not just in theory
• Strong copywriting instincts and a working understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals
• You can build with Claude Code (agents, scripts, automations, internal tooling)
• Fluent written English
• Comfortable working async with a distributed team, with overlap to UK/EU hours

Preferred

• Experience selling to or working inside a lead generation agency
• Clay, Smartlead, Instantly or equivalent stack experience
• A track record you can show: campaigns, reply rates, pipeline generated
