Job Description
Responsibilities
- Direct bookings, from first visit to confirmed stay, including finding and fixing where guests drop out of the booking journey
- Meta and Google Ads, with spend moved in-flight to what converts
- Email and guest journeys in ActiveCampaign, from pre-arrival to rebooking, and a growing list we own
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, plus reviews and Google Business Profile for both destinations
- Wedding, corporate and group enquiries, each with a fast, personal first reply
- Photo and short-form video captured on site at The Vale and South View
- PR, creator partnerships and awards
- A short weekly snapshot and a monthly review against targets
Requirements
- around three years of hands-on digital marketing with real responsibility for results
- Have run Meta and Google Ads budgets yourself and can explain a live spend decision
- Use AI every working day and can show us workflows you’ve built, and you know when not to trust the output
- Write well, edit better, and are confident filming on a phone
- Are organised, self-directed and happy working remotely with a small leadership team
