Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing Support: Assist in the execution and optimisation of app acquisition and other performance marketing initiatives across key digital marketing channels.
  • Agency Collaboration: Support ongoing performance reviews with app and affiliate agencies, helping track actions, opportunities and optimisation plans.
  • Testing & Optimisation: Coordinate performance marketing and App Store Optimisation (ASO) testing activities.
  • Creative development: Support in the development of creative assets for marketing activities across.
  • Campaign Coordination: Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Reporting & Insights: Assist in monitoring campaign performance, gathering insights, and preparing updates.
  • Budget & Operations Support: Help track marketing budgets, purchase processes, and operational activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate feedback and requirements from internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • A current CV detailing your education and/or relevant experiences.
  • A cover letter describing why you are interested in and a good fit for this internship as well as your availability (start date / duration / weekly hours).
  • This internship is full-time (37.5h/week), based in our London office (minimum 3 days/week on site).
  • Candidates must be 18+ years of age and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
  • Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course.

Preferred

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in digital marketing, performance marketing and app acquisition.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptable and positive approach to new challenges.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals or consumer behaviour.
