Relay Direct is expanding its Watford team and looking for ambitious graduates and career starters to join us as Graduate Management Trainees.

Working across B2B, B2C Residential and Events campaigns, you'll represent established UK brands, build customer relationships and gain hands-on experience in business, marketing and team development.

What You'll Experience

• Representing established UK brands through face-to-face customer engagement
• Building relationships with customers and connecting with different audiences
• Developing communication, presentation and commercial skills
• Collaborating with teammates across live campaigns and events
• Learning how campaigns operate, grow and achieve results
• Building your professional network and gaining exposure to new environments

Please note: This is a face-to-face, customer-facing opportunity, not a remote or desk-based management role. Earnings are performance-based, with no fixed base salary.
