Responsibilities

• Monitor procurement portals and identify new business opportunities.
• Support the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and tenders.
• Maintain bid documentation, company information and compliance records.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Assist with marketing campaigns, website updates, newsletters and promotional materials
• Research market trends, competitors and potential clients.
• Maintain CRM records and support client relationship activities
• Help organise exhibitions, networking events and corporate communications.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related subject.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Professional, proactive and positive approach.

Preferred

• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media marketing
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Understanding of public sector procurement or tendering
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
