Job Summary

Own multi-channel campaign execution and external agency partnerships to drive revenue, client relationships, and brand equity, while coordinating content, SEO/PPC, and PR with a strong governance rhythm.

  • Campaign Execution: Lead cross-functional campaigns with agencies, measure ROI, and optimize in flight.
  • Content & Messaging: Align buyer journeys across channels, SEO, PPC, and PR for coherent storytelling.
  • Brand & Partnerships: Enforce brand policies, manage external partners, and build cross-functional networks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex campaigns, working closely with coworkers and external agencies to shape and communicate our value propositions.
  • Create and deliver integrated campaigns that help build client relationships, support revenue objectives, and enhance the reputation of the firm.
  • Act as a point of contact for external agencies, advising on questions relating to branding, marketing, and communications, including our strategy, processes, and requirements.
  • Manage the production and execution of agreed deliverables within timelines and budget; measuring the campaign activities and using insights to enhance and refine activity.
  • Work with your direct report to ensure content is relevant, compelling, exceeds quality requirements, and has a clear buyer’s journey.
  • Responsible for maintenance of relevant website pages, including informing the business of expiring pages and building business cases for extensions.
  • Crafting specific messaging for content promotion.
  • Responsible for maintenance of employee bios profiles, including removing those no longer employed by Wisterm, updates to existing profiles, and development of new profiles.
  • Build a strong internal and external network; working closely with the business, external agencies, and freelancers to develop and deliver differentiated, brand focused and customer centric content.
  • Support others in the business, creating and fostering a positive team environment where everyone is supported to develop and learn.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in marketing programme management in a corporate environment.
  • Extensive business experience; or a degree (or equivalent), professional qualification.
  • Experience working in a high performing and fast paced team, including those that utilize a matrix organizational structure.
  • Project management skills – highly organised with a sound attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • A strong history of strategic campaign management, producing quality, consistent messages, through all channels.
  • A solid understanding of campaign principles, coupled with a strong commercial drive and the ability to deliver high-value activities that deliver return on investment, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand.
  • An enthusiastic, can-do approach and be a strong collaborator.
  • The ability to juggle conflicting demands on time and prioritise
  • A desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and demonstrating best practice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in writing, presenting, and influencing decision making.

Preferred

  • Well-articulated interest in the employee benefits and insurance industry and a vision of how you, in this role and future roles, may have a positive impact on the company.
  • Experience with marketing-based customer relationship management software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, MailChimp, Constant Contact).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, etc.).
  • Proficiency with creative software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience working in a creative agency.
