Own and coordinate Highland Park growth projects, drive global communications and support product launches and brand initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of Highland Park's annual growth plans, ensuring projects and priorities are effectively coordinated.
  • Manage global communications activity, including campaign planning, asset delivery, reporting and market support.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products and brand initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across brand, creative, commercial, finance and market teams to support successful execution.
  • Support budget management, including purchase orders, invoice processing, forecasting and financial tracking.
  • Maintain marketing systems, assets and toolkits, ensuring brand governance standards are met.
  • Provide project management support across multiple initiatives, tracking timelines, actions, risks and deliverables to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • previous experience in a marketing, brand or communications environment, with strong project coordination and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and comfortable working collaboratively across teams
  • proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience within FMCG, premium brands or the spirits industry would be advantageous but is not essential
