Job Summary

Own and shape high-impact, influencer-enabled campaigns end-to-end, balancing big-brand briefs with authentic creator work while leading and mentoring the next generation of creatives.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build multi-brand concepts from briefing to delivery across content, gifting, events, and influencer-driven channels.
  • Creative Execution & Leadership: Drive end-to-end creative process, present compelling narratives, and guide junior teammates toward clear goals.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Client Partnership: Act as a creativity advocate within the agency and cultivate trusted client relationships to elevate outputs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth Infrastructure: Develop original ideas for BDB's largest, complex briefs across channels powered by influencers and creators.
  • Creative Execution: Transform initial ideas into well-finessed executions across content, gifting, events, and established marketing forms.
  • Brand & Audience Scope: Generate talkable ideas for content, gifting, events, and other marketing formats for diverse brands and markets.
  • Cross-Brand Workstreams: Collaborate across multiple brands and audiences in a variety of markets with autonomous creative ownership.
  • End-to-End Creative Ownership: Lead the full creative process from briefing to production and final delivery, mentoring junior creatives along the way.
  • Presentations & Narrative: Design and present compelling Google Slides decks with narrative flow, strong content references, and impactful visuals.
  • Creative Direction & Feedback: Set direction and provide feedback on smaller creative tasks within a junior creative's output.
  • People Leadership: Line-manage junior talent when needed, guiding career progression with clear goals.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Client Trust: Act as a vocal advocate for creativity within the agency, building trusted relationships with key clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing strong conceptual work in social and creator/influencer spaces.
  • Ability to translate culture into compelling ideas.
  • Comfort partnering with other creative and design teams and sharing learnings across the agency.
  • Experience working with Strategists, Client leads, Producers, and Finance Managers in daily operations.
  • Solid understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and the roles of different agencies within it.
  • Extensive knowledge of creators/influencers and the content they produce; ongoing curiosity to expand this knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of social/digital channels, including less common platforms (e.g., Discord).
