Responsibilities

• Photographing residential and commercial properties to a consistently high standard
• Producing cinematic property videos and walk-through tours
• Creating engaging short-form social media content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Capturing aerial photography and video using drones (where qualified)
• Editing and delivering high-quality content within agreed deadlines
• Working closely with estate agents, developers and homeowners
• Representing the Abode Property Media brand with professionalism on every shoot

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography
• A strong portfolio showcasing property photography and video
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, camera settings
• Experience creating engaging social media content and short-form video
• Strong expereicne editing with Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Your own professional camera equipment capable of producing high-resolution photography and video suitable for commercial marketing

Preferred

• Drone photography and videography (CAA certification preferred)
• Experience working with estate agents, developers or property professionals
