Responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics for social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms
• Create short-form animations, transitions, titles and kinetic typography
• Edit and animate video, optimised for multiple platform formats and best practice
• Adapt existing creative concepts into motion-led executions
• Keep every asset on brand, visually sharp and aligned to the strategy
• Work with Creative, Social and Account teams on campaign and always-on content
• Support creative ideation and elevate concepts through motion
• Respond to feedback efficiently and manage revisions within tight timelines
• Bring a social-first mindset to motion: hooks, pacing and retention
• Help optimise content against platform insights and performance data

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years in motion graphics, animation or video design (agency experience preferred)
• Strong with After Effects and Premiere Pro, or equivalent
• A clear understanding of social platforms and motion best practice
• A track record of short-form, social-first motion content
• A sharp creative eye, with attention to detail and pacing
• Comfortable managing multiple briefs and deadlines, and taking creative feedback
• Your own equipment and software licences

• Prioritised experience: we’re giving preference to designers with relevant experience in consumer tech, automotive and/or property.
