Job Summary

Coordinate global partner campaigns and events through multi-region collaboration, driving campaign alignment, asset management, data reporting, and CRM hygiene to support partner-driven growth.

  • Own cross-regional campaign planning and reporting, aligning global to local go-to-market.
  • Coordinate partner events across time zones and create co-branded assets and calendars.
  • Track performance data, dashboards, and CRM cleanliness to enable ROI insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and reporting of joint marketing campaigns with global partners.
  • Assist in coordinating partner events across multiple time zones (e.g. webinars, roundtables, in-person activations).
  • Collaborate with regional Field Marketers and Partner Managers to ensure global-to-local campaign alignment.
  • Create and maintain co-branded marketing assets, communications, and activity calendars.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and assist with preparing reporting dashboards (leads, engagement, ROI).
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce), track partner registrations, and support budget documentation.
  • Assist in driving partner involvement in global Nexthink programs and flagship events.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (in progress or recently completed) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, draw insights, and support performance reporting.
  • Interest in global B2B marketing, technology, and the partner/channel ecosystem.
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal (additional languages are a plus: French, German).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Culturally aware and comfortable working with teams and partners across regions and time zones.
