Job Summary

Own executive-facing stakeholder management and Customer Experience Center operations to turn engagements into measurable outcomes for sales alignment and customer value.

  • Deep Sales & Stakeholder Connection: Align executive messaging with regional sales goals and revenue growth.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Own briefing documents and executive-ready insights from events and engagements.
  • Operations & Experience: Keep the Customer Experience Center running and coordinate with Sales, CS, and marketing for high-touch in-person engagements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning & Execution: Develop key internal and external stakeholder relationships to help drive positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales and marketing to identify key customer engagement opportunities.
  • Create agendas for Sales and customers that visit our Customer Experience Centers.
  • Support the efforts on Tier 1 events from planning, customer outreach and executive meeting activities.
  • Upkeep and management of the Customer Experience Center and working with other internal teams to ensure everything is fully operational
  • Reporting & Data Management: Manage the executive briefing process, which includes developing comprehensive briefing documents and preparing executives.
  • Ensure all database information for your engagements are tracked and uploaded to the proper systems( i.e. Salesforce, SharePoint…)
  • Working with Event Management software to create registration pages, mange invites and handle uploading and downloading of reports.
  • Create reports as needed for the team to showcase activity of events and other quarterly metrics for your office.
  • Deep Sales & Stakeholder Connection: You must be able to work hand-in-hand with sales, customer success and regional marketing to align executive messaging with tangible sales objectives and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with project management tools and Salesforce.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to on-the-ground sales team.
  • Ability to interact with Customers in a face-to-face setting
  • A Customer first attitude to ensure a positive experience
  • An understanding on the sales process and how we can provide value through our efforts
