ESPN Digital Production and Social Content Internship

Responsibilities

• As an ESPN Intern, you will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of our production and social media teams.
• You will provide valuable support across television, digital, and social media productions to deliver high-quality content to engage and expand a sports-focused digital audience.
• You will spend time working in the video production and social media teams, collaborating with all the key departments in the London office, such as news, features, live broadcasting, and programming, as well as work with colleagues around the world on video production.
• You will participate in both pre- and post-production processes for ESPN UK and FC content across multiple platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X.
• This will include conducting research, interviews, filming, editing, uploading material, and general administrative duties.
• This internship is designed to enhance your communication and production skills while deepening your understanding of the sports industry.

Requirements

• Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2028
• Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
• Available to start working full time from June 2027
• Interested in the area you are applying for, whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties

Preferred

• Adobe Creative Suite skills desirable
• Strong MS Office skills
