Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the EMEA growth strategy for the assigned portfolio, delivering revenue, market share, and pipeline objectives.
  • Lead commercialization and launch activities, ensuring successful regional adoption of new products and solutions.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand generation, customer acquisition, and conversion.
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial Leadership to increase instrument placements, workflow adoption, software attachment, and service utilization.
  • Gather customer and market insights to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and future portfolio needs.
  • Develop sales enablement tools, training, and value propositions that strengthen commercial execution.
  • Utilize CRM, marketing automation, and performance analytics to measure impact and optimize marketing investments.
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across global and regional teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, or Sales within Life Sciences or Scientific Instrumentation.
  • Proven success in commercializing complex technologies and driving business growth.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, demand generation programs, and product launches.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a global matrix environment.

Preferred

  • Master's degree, MBA, or PhD.
  • Experience in digital marketing, account-based marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Knowledge of research, biotechnology, or scientific instrumentation markets.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
