Job Summary

Own cross market artwork localisation and asset workflow for EMEA, coordinating briefs, translations, approvals and timely delivery across markets.

  • POS Artwork Localisation: Own end to end localisation from briefs to final approval and delivery across markets.
  • Digital Asset Management and Localisation: Align assets with global creative, Celtra localisation, and timely reviews with regional managers.
  • Programme and Operations Support: Manage purchase orders, invoicing, agency onboarding, and contract records.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • POS Artwork Localisation: Supporting the EMEA Merchandising Programme Manager with the localisation of POS artwork across all markets. The Specialist ensures that artwork is adapted accurately for each region and delivered to the right partners on time.
  • Receive POS artwork briefs from the EMEA Merchandising Programme Manager and coordinate localisation across all relevant markets
  • Work with creative and agency partners to ensure artwork is adapted to the correct translations, specifications and format requirements for each market
  • Review localised artwork outputs to ensure they meet brief requirements before submission for Commercial Marketing Manager final approval
  • Track artwork delivery against NPI and campaign timelines, flagging any risks to the EMEA Merchandising Programme Manager
  • Manage the distribution of approved artwork to the relevant teams
  • Digital Asset Management and Localisation: Coordinating the localisation and distribution of digital marketing assets across all EMEA markets, working between the global creative team and regional Commercial Marketing Managers.
  • Work with the global creative team to receive and manage NPI and campaign digital assets for EMEA markets
  • Use the Celtra platform to localise assets for each market, adapting language, format and specifications in line with market requirements and brand guidelines
  • Coordinate with regional Commercial Marketing Managers to ensure assets are reviewed, approved and delivered on time for campaign and NPI launch windows
  • Manage the distribution of final assets to markets, maintaining a clear version-controlled asset library
  • Track localisation timelines and flag any risks to delivery to the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager
  • Programme and Operations Support: Supporting the EMEA Merchandising Programme Manager with the administrative and operational requirements of the POS programme, ensuring the day-to-day running of the function is well coordinated and documented.
  • Manage purchase order creation and tracking, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in line with Sonos Finance requirements
  • Coordinate invoice processing, tracking approvals and flagging any discrepancies to the EMEA Merchandising Programme Manager
  • Support agency onboarding administration, ensuring all required documentation, system access and processes are in place for new partners
  • Maintain accurate records of agency contracts, rate cards and SOW documentation, flagging upcoming renewals or expiries

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations, project coordination or commercial marketing support role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with digital asset management tools; experience with Celtra or similar localisation platforms is a strong advantage
  • A collaborative team player who builds effective relationships across creative, commercial and agency teams
  • Clear communicator, comfortable coordinating across multiple markets and time zones

Preferred

  • Experience working in a consumer electronics, lifestyle or premium FMCG environment
  • Familiarity with POS or retail operations
  • Fluency in a second European language (German or French preferred)
