Email & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Planning, writing, building and sending regular email newsletters and marketing campaigns.
• Creating engaging email content to promote events, ticket sales, offers and company news.
• Managing email layouts, imagery, links and campaign scheduling.
• Monitoring campaign performance and using results to improve future communications.
• Creating general in-house design assets including digital adverts, presentations, sponsorship materials, event graphics and internal marketing content.
• Creating and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube.
• Helping plan digital content and campaigns around our events.
• Responding to comments and enquiries across social media in a professional and friendly manner.
• Reporting and supporting the wider Marketing Department with campaigns, promotions and live event activity.
• Full-time, permanent position.

Requirements

• Strong written English, grammar and attention to detail
• Experience creating email newsletters or working with email marketing or CRM platforms
• Competent graphic design skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
• Ability to brief, manage and provide effective feedback to external creatives and suppliers
• Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience creating content for social media
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once
• Confidence working independently and using your own initiative
• Good communication and people skills

Preferred

• Experience with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics or Google Ads would be beneficial, but is not essential.
• Experience within events, automotive, motorsport or entertainment marketing would also be useful
