Job Summary

Own the website as a core digital channel, driving accurate content, user-first journeys, and booking impact while steering SEO and content strategy with performance data.

  • Ownership: Own site content accuracy and alignment with commercial priorities to influence bookings.
  • SEO & Content: Lead keyword research, on-page improvements, and content updates to lift organic visibility and conversions.
  • Tech & Measurement: Coordinate with external partners on tools and integrations and ensure tracking and data flows support measurement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the website as a core digital channel, ensuring all hotel and F&B content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our commercial priorities.
  • Continuously analyse website performance (traffic, engagement, conversion), identifying opportunities to improve user journeys and booking performance.
  • Support and execute SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content improvements to drive organic visibility.
  • Contribute to the development of SEO and website strategy, bringing insights based on performance data and modern search trends.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external web and technology partners, supporting the implementation of new tools, features, and integrations.
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and data flows are correctly set up to support campaign measurement and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with agencies to implement technical SEO recommendations and monitor overall site health.
  • Support paid media and CRM activity by ensuring landing pages are optimised and assisting with email campaign execution where required.
  • Champion digital excellence, maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and supporting the delivery of the digital roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing, eCommerce, or website-focused role (in-house or agency).
  • Strong exposure to SEO and website content management, with a clear understanding of how structure impacts search performance.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and confidence in managing and updating complex website content.
  • Analytical and technical skills, specifically with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how website content is structured.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest ideas and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams and external agencies.
