Own the ecommerce stack: website and social shops, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Drive traffic and conversions via promotions, content, and cross-channel campaigns.
Track performance with GA and ads data to optimize spend and units sold.

Responsibilities

Manage and update the jewellery website.
Oversee and optimize the TikTok and Instagram shops.
Handle all online sales through platforms like OpenXD.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Create engaging content and campaigns for social media.
Monitor and analyze the performance of online sales and marketing efforts.
Ensure excellent customer service and engagement on all platforms.
Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth
Manage the company's online sales platforms and ensure they are optimised for user experience
Utilise Google Analytics to track website traffic and customer behaviour

Requirements

Proven track record in e-commerce and digital sales.
Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
Strong understanding of online sales and promotional strategies.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and innovative mindset.
Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Office Suite, Email Marketing, B2B E-commerce, Social Media Management, Google Ads, SEO, and IT
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

Nice_to_have

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
