Job Summary

Own and optimize the ecommerce experience across store operations, email marketing and customer support, driving online sales and the customer journey.

Oversee product updates, promotions and order management across Shopify and social channels
Build and refine email campaigns and automations to grow engagement and repeat purchases
Deliver friendly, proactive customer service and support during busy periods

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and processing orders through Shopify and TikTok Shop
Updating products, collections, images and website content
Setting up discount codes, offers and promotions
Helping merchandise and optimise the website
Monitoring stock and product availability
Making basic Shopify updates and identifying website issues
Supporting new product launches and promotional activity
Helping improve the overall online customer journey
Creating and sending email marketing campaigns
Building and improving automated email flows

Requirements

Previous e-commerce experience is essential.
Experienced working within e-commerce or online retail
Confident using Shopify
Experienced with email marketing
Familiar with Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar platforms
Experienced in customer service
Commercially aware and interested in what drives online sales
An excellent written communicator
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience with TikTok Shop, Canva, CapCut, SEO, Google Analytics or social media would be an added bonus.
