Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of a distinctive, purpose-led strategy that drives sustainable growth and deepens member engagement.
- Be accountable for shaping a compelling, consistent brand experience across all channels—supporting strong commercial outcomes across savings, mortgages, and financial advice.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and maximise the impact of brand, marketing, and corporate affairs.
- Define and embed a clear purpose—bringing it to life through campaigns, customer experience, and community activity—ensuring it is visible in every interaction.
- Lead end-to-end marketing and CRM strategy, overseeing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration across the organisation.
- Drive innovation and digital capability through to managing external reputation and strategic partnerships.
- Deliver measurable commercial success alongside meaningful community impact.
