Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of a distinctive, purpose-led strategy that drives sustainable growth and deepens member engagement.
Be accountable for shaping a compelling, consistent brand experience across all channels—supporting strong commercial outcomes across savings, mortgages, and financial advice.
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and maximise the impact of brand, marketing, and corporate affairs.
Define and embed a clear purpose—bringing it to life through campaigns, customer experience, and community activity—ensuring it is visible in every interaction.
Lead end-to-end marketing and CRM strategy, overseeing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Build strong cross-functional collaboration across the organisation.
Drive innovation and digital capability through to managing external reputation and strategic partnerships.
Deliver measurable commercial success alongside meaningful community impact.
