Job Summary
Own multi-channel paid media execution and content support, with precise ownership of Google Ads and Shopping, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, plus conversion tracking and data-clean validation across GA4/GTM/Ads.
- Campaign Operations: Build, optimise, and report on Google Ads, Shopping, Meta, and LinkedIn efforts to improve CPL and ROAS.
- Measurement & Tracking: Validate conversions, fix data layer issues, and maintain consent-mode accuracy across analytics stack.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Building and optimising Google Ads search and shopping campaigns
- Managing Google Shopping feeds, campaign setups and troubleshooting Merchant Centre issues
- Creating Meta ads and LinkedIn campaigns (audiences, copy, creative briefs, testing frameworks)
- Continually reviewing data, refining targeting and improving CPL/ROAS
- Writing ad copy, hooks and variations for testing
- Brainstorming and planning content ideas that support client campaigns
- Keyword research, content audits and competitor analysis
- Researching, writing or editing blogs and landing pages with SEO and UX in mind
- Improving metadata, structure, internal linking and basic schema
- Setting up and validating conversions and events in GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads
- Experienced (2+ years) in digital marketing across paid media, content and analytics
- Strong hands-on experience building, managing and optimising Google Ads, Google Shopping and Meta ad campaigns
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content for ads, websites and social media
- Experience working with website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace or Webflow
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of client deliverables
- Willingness to contribute across different areas of the agency when needed
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead-generation funnels
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics
- Experience creating social media graphics and editing short-form video content
