Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute key marketing activities across various digital channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget to maximize customer engagement and acquisition. Develop, manage, and optimize a diverse range of digital campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), paid social media initiatives, search engine optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO), website management, email marketing, and social media engagement. Maintain and monitor website activity and performance, conducting regular reporting and insight analysis using tools such as GA4 to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor and report on the performance of paid search, paid social, and organic channels, providing strategic recommendations to enhance results. Collaborate with the offline marketing team to integrate digital campaigns seamlessly with offline activities, creating a cohesive customer journey. Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to continually refine strategies and ensure competitive advantage. Support the team in brainstorming innovative marketing ideas that align with company goals and brand identity.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of various digital channels and techniques. A strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills is essential, along with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics (preferably GA4), as well as experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, is required. Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills are necessary to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences. Candidates should demonstrate a results-driven approach and be commercially astute, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and a passion for travel are equally valued.
