Job Summary

Own and optimize multi-channel digital marketing programs across Europe and the Americas, from CRM and content to events and ads, to drive engagement and pipeline.

  • Own multi-channel campaigns: CRM emails, social, websites, and digital ads with dashboards to measure impact.
  • Coordinate regional events and supporting materials with sales, content teams, and external partners.
  • Produce content and assets (video, graphics, copy) and monitor performance to inform next-step optimizations.

Responsibilities

  • As Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging digital marketing campaigns and supporting regional events across Europe and the Americas. You'll manage CRM campaigns, social media channels, websites, digital advertising and marketing events, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Create and deliver creative, integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage CRM systems to execute targeted email campaigns and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Analyse campaign performance, engagement rates and ROI using digital dashboards and reporting tools
  • Work closely with the global sales team to identify leads and provide marketing support materials
  • Plan, create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn and other digital channels
  • Produce and coordinate video, graphic and written content
  • Monitor and report on social media performance and audience engagement
  • Create and maintain website content including news articles, case studies and blog posts
  • Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to evaluate website performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns, including LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance and maximise return on investment
  • Provide recommendations and insights to improve future campaign results
  • Coordinate the production of business cards and other branded materials
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and promotional resources
  • Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, marketing events and internal campaigns across Europe and the Americas
  • Manage event budgets, timelines and logistics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver successful events
  • Develop promotional materials and digital assets to support event objectives
  • Evaluate event success through attendance, lead generation and feedback analysis
