Job Summary

Own the multi-site ecommerce and social program by keeping current product catalogs, driving platform-specific digital content, and delivering measurable performance across KPIs.

  • Platform orchestration: manage online catalogs with design/buying partners to keep items fresh and merchandised
  • Content and social strategy: shape creative offers and social programs across major sites with cross-functional teams
  • Analytics and reporting: monitor KPIs and deliver executive-ready performance insights to drive improvements

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing the company’s online catalogues across multiple sites, working closely with the design, and buying teams to ensure all are kept current and well merchandised
  • Continually develop the digital marketing strategy for each platform, working collaboratively across the business to produce creative and engaging content/offers
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business to further develop and deliver a creative and engaging social media strategy across all major sites
  • Monitor and develop KPIs, using a strong analytical approach to evaluate performance and drive improvements
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of eCommerce and Social Media functionality, working with our platform providers to ensure all offerings stay current and deliver the highest possible levels of service and revenue
  • Working with the eCommerce Assistant to catalogue new products, ensuring all digital assets required for the business are produced
  • Managing multiple requests from across the business, prioritising work and communicating decisions with other teams
  • Produce monthly reports for senior executives on the performance of each digital platform, recommending where improvements can be made
  • Managing the digital marketing team to ensure they continue to develop their skills and help deliver on all of the above.

Requirements

  • Proven experience engaging in, planning, managing, and delivering Digital and e-commerce projects
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and delivering engaging content, especially on the Meta and TikTok platforms
  • Designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including emails and PPC
  • Product Catalogue Management and Digital Asset Management
  • Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of Google tools such as Google Analytics
  • Good knowledge of SEO best practice
  • A degree or equivalent qualification
