Role Overview

Vendo Digital is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing digital team. As the business continues to expand rapidly, we’re seeking a passionate individual at the early stages of their marketing career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a strong foundation in digital marketing.Our business is built on supporting small to medium-sized businesses across a wide range of industries, meaning no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, setup, and ongoing optimisation of paid campaigns, primarily across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Display networks.
• Assisting with keyword research, ad copy writing, audience targeting, and campaign structuring to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitoring campaign performance including spend, clicks, conversions, and key KPIs, and helping to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Supporting A/B testing of ads, extensions, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Helping maintain accurate tracking and reporting, including data entry, basic analysis, and assisting with client performance reports.
• Gaining exposure to SEO fundamentals including keyword research and search intent to support Paid Search strategy.
• Assisting the wider team with email marketing and website content updates where required.
• Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks including research, data management, and spreadsheet work in Microsoft Excel.
• Organising and maintaining a clear digital filing system for campaign assets and reports.

Skills & Experience

• GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
• Strong interest in digital marketing and performance-led campaigns
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, or Paid Social (desirable but not essential)
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new skills
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growing agency.
