Job Summary

Own content and CMS driven website optimization across multiple sites, with SEO focused copy, testing, and CRM/GMB integration to lift marketing KPIs.

  • Keep Magnolia CMS content up to date and ensure full portfolio consistency and alignment.
  • Lead SEO optimization, page audits, and CRO testing to drive key terms and performance.
  • Coordinate Google My Business management, review replies, and CRM campaigns across web, email, push, and in-app messaging.

Job Description

  • Keep our portfolio of websites up to date with scheduled content improvements
  • Handle site requests for website support, updating content for the full portfolio of websites
  • Create engaging content that is SEO optimised to achieve key marketing KPIs
  • Audit and manage web pages to ensure best practice is being adhered to
  • Support in using reporting tools to improve and maintain current search rankings for key terms
  • Support in delivering a testing plan that continually improves website performance against key Marketing KPI’s
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure content is up to date and aligned across all digital channels including web, CRM and Google My Business
  • Manage and keep up to date Google My Business pages for Leisure Centre sites
  • Ensure reviews are being replied to on Google My Business pages via our central CRM system
  • Support in the creation and delivery of CRM campaigns on email, push notifications, in app messaging and SMS
  • 2 or more years experience in a similar role
  • Experience across multiple areas of digital marketing
  • Updating website content within a CMS platform. Experience with Magnolia CMS is preferable
  • Experience working with a CRM platform and sending email campaigns
  • Creating engaging copy across multiple channels
  • Managing a Google My Business account
  • Working with key stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to keep multiple projects on time and deliverable to a high quality
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Understanding of best practices to improve digital user experience
  • Experience with Magnolia CMS is preferable
