Job Summary

Own social media execution and content planning in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager, tying organic activity to campaigns and brand goals.

  • Social Strategy & Campaigns: Own the social plan, align with marketing campaigns, and use data to drive reach and engagement.
  • Content & Brand Oversight: Lead cross-team content planning and manage central brand social accounts with guidance for Home Managers.
  • Training & Policy: Deliver social media training, create policies, and ensure brand voice and website content stay updated.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implementing the social media strategy in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Developing and managing content plans with key stakeholders to align social media activity with marketing campaigns.
  • Managing central, brand social media accounts and oversee individual care home Facebook pages.
  • Providing guidance to Home Managers and their teams on content creation and account management.
  • Planning, creating, and optimising engaging organic content and social campaigns, using data insights to improve reach and engagement.
  • Monitoring and respond to comments, ensuring appropriate engagement.
  • Delivering social media training through workshops and own the creation and delivery of social media policies.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with SEO, PPC, and other digital advertising activity.
  • Create and update website content using the CMS, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and optimised for search engines.
