Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Cloud Next Campaign Use and Automation: Use Marketing Cloud Next to build approved campaign activity within agreed templates, processes and standards. Build, test and support approved email journeys, automations, audience segments and nurture workflows. Support campaign setup by preparing lists, forms, journeys, tracking requests and launch readiness checks. Complete campaign QA across emails, journeys, lists, forms, links, routing rules and launch settings. Lead Lifecycle, Routing and Campaign Readiness: Support lead lifecycle processes, including nurture progression, lifecycle status updates, routing checks and Sales handoff coordination. Monitor day-to-day lead flow from campaigns into Salesforce, checking that leads are captured, routed and visible to the right Sales owners. Carry out hands-on Salesforce checks on lead status, routing outcomes, missing data, ownership, lifecycle stage updates and handoff issues. Work closely with Sales to resolve lead routing queries, understand follow-up feedback and flag issues affecting lead quality or progression. Maintain lead flow notes, routing updates and issue logs so the Digital Marketing Manager has visibility of risks, blockers and recurring problems. Check campaign lists, audience selections and routing rules are ready for launch, escalating data or system issues to the Digital Marketing Manager. Build approved audience segments for campaign use based on agreed criteria and campaign briefs. Apply agreed consent, suppression and audience exclusion processes, escalating compliance questions to the Digital Marketing Manager. Support lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stage updates and handoff checks according to agreed rules. Maintain campaign naming, status updates, routing notes, issue logs and operational records for live and completed activity. Campaign Reporting Support and Optimisation: Gather campaign performance data, lead flow updates, routing outcomes and launch QA notes for review by the Digital Marketing Manager. Support post-campaign reporting by consolidating practical results, highlighting setup issues and identifying automation or routing improvements. Monitor campaign setup, routing, journey performance and Salesforce visibility, escalating data, system or reporting discrepancies where needed. Maintain campaign naming records, UTM/tracking records, issue logs, QA checklists, process notes and reusable operational documentation. Suggest improvements to campaign automation, lead routing, QA processes, documentation and Marketing Cloud Next ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting email campaigns, marketing automation, campaign operations or lead nurture activity.
  • Confident using Marketing Cloud Next or similar marketing automation platforms as a campaign user.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce for lead checks, routing outcomes, ownership visibility, missing data checks and lifecycle status reviews.
  • Strong attention to detail, with discipline around QA, process documentation, campaign naming, tracking setup and accurate data.
  • Good understanding of campaign journeys, segmentation, nurture workflows, consent/suppression processes, lead routing and launch QA.
  • Analytical, organised, proactive, service-focused and confident maintaining clear operational records.
