Job Summary

Own and grow the UK brand marketing footprint across social, e‑commerce, influencer relations, retail collateral, and events to drive awareness and partner engagement.

Growth: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube with engaging content to build brand affinity in the UK outdoor community.
E‑commerce & Partnerships: Optimize website content, email campaigns, and basic SEO to boost direct-to-consumer sales and retailer support.
Community & Events: Foster relationships with UK influencers and communities and coordinate attendance at trade shows and outdoor exhibitions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media: Manage and grow our UK social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) with engaging, high-quality content.
E-commerce & Web: Optimize our website content, manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters), and oversee basic SEO to drive direct-to-consumer sales.
Community & Influencer Relations: Connect with UK outdoor influencers, reviewers, and bushcraft/tactical communities to build brand affinity.
B2B Support: Create marketing collateral, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and digital assets to support our UK retail stockists.
Events: Coordinate and attend relevant UK trade shows, outdoor exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, brand management, or e-commerce role.
Strong copywriting skills, basic graphic design/video editing (Adobe Suite), and experience running email marketing
Must have the right to work in the UK.
United Kingdom (required)

Preferred

An interest in the outdoors, camping, tactical gear, or DIY/trades is a massive bonus!
