Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Execution: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads using provided creative content.
• Tracking & Analytics: Ensure accurate measurement with Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion events to drive ROAS insights.
• Budget Management & Collaboration: Monitor spend, adjust bids, and coordinate with the in-person Ely team for strategy and creative alignment.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable, hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of ad platform interfaces, tracking pixels, conversion events, and analytics tools.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve ROI.
• Location: Must reside locally to Ely, Cambridgeshire, to attend occasional in-person meetings.
• Work Style: Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently from home for the majority of the time.
• Availability: Must be able to commit to 8 hours per week until the end of September.
