Job Summary
Own and scale paid search, SEO, and content optimization to drive qualified leads and higher ROI, with AI search considerations shaping strategy and page experiences.
- Paid search and Meta ads: own Google Ads, Performance Max, Display, Local Services, and Facebook/Instagram campaigns to improve lead quality and ROAS.
- SEO and AI content: develop SEO strategies and optimise content for AI search surfaces like ChatGPT and Gemini to lift rankings and inquiries.
- Analytics and experimentation: monitor GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager to inform optimisations and conversion rate improvements.

- Managing and scaling Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display & Local Services)
- Creating high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns
- Developing SEO strategies that drive rankings, traffic and enquiries
- Optimising content for AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
- Creating and improving service pages, location pages and landing pages
- Monitoring performance through GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
- Using data to improve lead quality, conversion rates and ROI
