Job Summary

Own the end-to-end quality and delivery of CRM email builds, ensuring pixel-perfect rendering, accessibility, and performance across clients and devices while driving reusable templates and scalable QA practices.

  • Own end-to-end build, test, and release for CRM communications across major email clients and devices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to push campaigns at pace while maintaining governance and consistency.
  • Improve accessibility, dark mode optimization, and personalisation using CRM tools and dynamic content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Building, testing and deploying CRM communications to agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Owning the QA process, ensuring consistent rendering across major email clients, devices and dark mode
  • Proactively identifying risks and resolving build issues quickly and effectively
  • Contributing to reusable templates and modular components within a governed framework
  • Supporting and improving accessibility, dark mode optimisation and performance standards
  • Supporting dynamic and personalised content using CRM platforms and third-party tools
  • Assisting in the delivery of test-and-learn activity to improve campaign performance
  • Following and improving build, proof and release processes to increase consistency and efficiency
  • Using QA tools and maintaining clear documentation to support collaboration and onboarding
  • Working closely with internal teams, agencies and platform partners to deliver campaigns at pace

Requirements

  • Strong HTML and CSS skills for responsive email development
  • Experience building and testing emails across multiple clients and devices
  • A strong sense of ownership for quality, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of accessibility and email development best practices
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
  • Exposure to AMPscript or dynamic content tools such as Movable Ink
  • Familiarity with QA tools such as Litmus or Validity
  • Understanding of personalisation, testing approaches and test-and-learn methods
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
