- Surface actionable angles from research and craft full-funnel creative strategy tailored to each client’s audience.
- Write direct-response scripts for UGC ads, brief creators, analyze performance, and document learnings to systematize winning concepts.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Surface angles from customer research, including reviews, Reddit, competitor ads, and comments to improve conversion.
- Develop full-funnel creative strategies tailored to each client’s audience and offer.
- Write punchy, direct-response scripts for UGC video ads (hooks prioritized over headlines).
- Brief creators clearly to enable performance without scripting.
- Analyze creative performance data and extract learnings for next tests.
- Document what's working to systematise winning creative.
- Distinguish between an angle and a hook and explain it clearly.
- Look at a Meta ad and instinctively ask what's the strategy behind this.
- Written scripts or briefs that performed (and you can share them).
- Comfortable making calls with incomplete data and updating them when new data comes in.
- Care more about the result than being the one who had the idea.
- Follow the Meta creative space closely and know what's working and why.
