Responsibilities

• Briefs & Planning
• Review and challenge incoming briefs to ensure they are clear, complete and ready for production
• Prioritise and allocate work with the Head of Creative based on skills, capacity and deadlines
• Maintain the production calendar and capacity view in Monday.com, flagging resourcing gaps and upcoming workload early
• Workflow & Delivery
• Track projects from brief to delivery, keeping timelines and stakeholders on track
• Manage approvals, proofing and sign-off, ensuring assets meet briefs, brand guidelines, platform specifications and relevant regulatory requirements
• Run status meetings and keep brand, creative, e-commerce and product teams aligned
• Manage freelance and supplier support when additional production capacity is needed
• Copywriting

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in creative production, traffic or project management, ideally with hands-on copywriting experience across digital and social
• Confident using Monday.com or a similar project management tool, including boards, automations and reporting
• Strong copywriting skills and excellent written English, with experience adapting copy across e-commerce, CRM, social, packaging and trade
• Good understanding of creative production workflows across digital, social and print
• Understanding of how beauty and personal care brands operate across omnichannel channels, including e-commerce, retail, wholesale, CRM and social
• Clear, confident communicator who can manage stakeholders and challenge when needed
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise across multiple projects and brands
• Comfortable working under pressure while keeping projects and relationships moving
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support research, copywriting and workflows

Preferred

• Experience with translation or localisation, external production teams or print suppliers, or working within beauty, personal care, wellness or another regulated FMCG category.
