Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end production of campaign, product and always-on content. Translate approved brand and growth briefs into efficient production plans and ensure every shoot creates the maximum volume and variety of usable assets for organic, paid, D2C, CRM, Amazon, retail, PR, affiliates and international markets.
  • PRODUCTION PLANNING AND PRE-PRODUCTION: Translate campaign and channel briefs into schedules, deliverables, shot lists and budgets.
  • Scope complete asset requirements before production, including formats, crops, durations and variations.
  • Maintain a rolling production calendar aligned to launches and trading priorities.
  • Source and manage photographers, directors, studios, stylists, models, editors and other suppliers.
  • Coordinate casting, locations, props, products, equipment, travel and shoot logistics.
  • Secure approvals, contracts, releases, licences and usage rights before production begins.
  • SHOOT AND POST-PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT: Lead operational delivery of campaign, product, social, founder/expert and e-commerce shoots.
  • Track every required asset and protect time for vertical video, cut-downs and performance variations.
  • Manage selection, editing, retouching, grading, sound, animation, subtitles and final delivery.

Requirements

  • Five or more years in creative, photographic, film or content production, ideally beauty or wellness.
  • Strong end-to-end shoot, post-production, budget and supplier-management experience.
  • Knowledge of digital specifications, asset-management systems, rights and licensing.
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to challenge unclear or late requests.
  • Commercially focused on extracting maximum value from every production.
