Job Summary
Own the creative and communications vision for Revival Worship UK, guiding brand expression, storytelling, and audience engagement while building and empowering a capable Creative/Communications team.
- Creative & Communications Leadership: set and maintain a cohesive creative direction across content, campaigns, events, and public communications.
- Team Growth & Capabilities: develop and mentor the Creative and Communications teams across visual identity, digital presence, and media production.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with the Leadership Team to align on mission outcomes and ministry operations.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Creative Director is responsible for leading the overall creative vision, communication strategy, and brand expression of Revival Worship UK.
- This role provides oversight of all creative and communications functions, ensuring that every piece of content, campaign, event, and public communication reflects the heart, culture, and mission of the ministry.
- The Creative Director will lead and develop the Creative and Communications teams, overseeing visual identity, digital presence, storytelling, content strategy, media production, and audience engagement across all platforms.
- This individual must combine strong creative leadership with spiritual maturity, organisational excellence, and the ability to build and empower teams.
- The Creative Director will also support the wider Leadership Team and undertake additional responsibilities or assignments as directed by Executive Leadership in support of the ministry’s vision and operational needs.
