Own end-to-end content creation across video, podcast, and influencer channels for two brands, including CEO personal-brand work, paid creatives, and community engagement, while ensuring regulatory compliance across UK, EU, US, and GCC.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Short-form Video & Social Content - Produce 5-7 short-form videos per week across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for 2 of our brands - Concept, script, shoot, and edit all video content, end to end, independently - Build and maintain a content calendar that keeps both brands consistently active across all markets - Adapt content for cultural and regulatory nuances across UK, EU, US, and GCC audiences - Monitor trends, sounds, and formats on TikTok and Instagram daily, move fast when something is relevant CEO Personal Brand & Influencer Positioning - Work directly with the CEO to develop and execute their personal brand strategy on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Script, shoot, and edit CEO-facing content, interviews, opinion pieces, behind-the-scenes, thought leadership - Grow the CEO's following toward a meaningful personal audience that amplifies both brands Podcast Production - Produce all video and audio content for the brand podcast, including recording, editing, and publishing - Create short-form clips from long-form episodes optimised for each social platform - Manage post-production: intros, outros, captions, B-roll, and branded lower thirds - Coordinate with the Influencer & Podcast Manager on guest scheduling and episode briefs Paid Ad Creatives - Produce a constant pipeline of fresh video and static creative assets for Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns - Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to understand what is and is not converting — and iterate fast - Build creative hook variations for A/B testing across audiences in all four markets - Ensure all ad creative meets platform and regulatory requirements for health advertising in each jurisdiction Influencer & Community Content - Brief influencer partners on content format, tone, and compliance requirements - Review and approve UGC and influencer deliverables before publication - Repurpose high-performing organic content for paid amplification - Actively engage with the community through creative response content and duets/stitches Brand Consistency & Creative Direction - Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across both brands and all markets - Build and manage a growing asset library: templates, b-roll footage, audio, motion graphics - Ensure all content meets MHRA, ASA, and relevant health advertising standards for each region A Note on Health & Pharmacy Content Both Rightangled and Medetone operate in regulated healthcare and pharmacy environments. All content must comply with MHRA and ASA guidelines in the UK, and equivalent standards in the EU, US, and GCC. We will provide full regulatory training, but an understanding of, or genuine interest in, responsible health communications is important. Claims, testimonials, and medical language are subject to compliance review. We take this seriously, and we expect you to as well.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of content creation and video production experience, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle
  • Expert-level skills in short-form video: concept to published, independently, at pace
  • Proficiency in video editing software — Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, formats, and what makes content perform
  • Experience shooting with professional camera equipment as well as mobile-first formats
  • Proven track record of growing a brand or personal account through original content
  • Ability to write compelling, platform-native scripts and captions — in English, at minimum
  • Comfortable working at speed: multiple pieces of content per week is the baseline, not the ceiling
  • Strong personal aesthetic and genuine curiosity about health, science, and technology

Preferred

  • Experience producing content for regulated industries (health, pharma, financial services) - Familiarity with health advertising guidelines: MHRA (UK), ASA (UK), FDA (US), or equivalent - Motion graphics capability — After Effects, CapCut, or similar - Experience directing and coaching on-camera talent, including executives or non-professional presenters - A personal social following or demonstrated ability to build an audience from scratch - Podcast production experience including audio editing and episode packaging
