Job Summary

Own content production and scheduling across multi-channel formats, with a strong focus on audience voice, brand adaptation, and performance learning.

  • Content Creation: Own blogs, guides, emails, web and social copy with a platform-first approach.
  • Social Operations: Coordinate schedules and asset approvals across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and X.
  • Community & Optimisation: Lead community engagement and drive improvements through analytics and QA.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality, user-focused content across multiple formats, including blogs, feature articles, guides, emails, web and social copy.
  • Schedule content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and X
  • Work in tandem with our senior content managers and editorial lead to conduct content audits and content strategies.
  • Adapt tone of voice for different brands, audiences and platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage assets, approvals and deadlines
  • Manage community engagement across social channels, including managing our community management support team, providing guidance and QA.
  • Support ongoing optimisation through performance insights and reporting

Requirements

  • Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills
  • Experience in a content, copywriting or social media role
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, formats and digital content best practice
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content performance
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities confidently
  • Experience using Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, GA4, Ahrefs or Notion (preferred)
