Job Summary

Own the content engine across digital and print, guiding storytelling under the Recognise, Respond, Recover framework and turning audience insight into campaigns that move awareness and recovery messages.

  • Content ownership: plan and produce multi-channel content and recovery-focused narratives for websites, blogs, emails, and social platforms.
  • Social and website engines: manage social channels, maintain SEO-friendly landing pages, and report on performance to refine storytelling and campaigns.
  • Analytics-driven optimization: turn site and social data into improvements for content quality and campaign impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, high-quality content across digital and print channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Develop content aligned with our Recognise, Respond, Recover framework, producing compelling service-user stories and recovery-focused communications that reflect our mission and values.
  • Manage our social media presence, plan and schedule content, monitor engagement, and build an active online community while supporting awareness campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update website content, develop SEO-friendly landing pages, and help optimise website performance through ongoing monitoring and improvements.
  • Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of both paid and organic digital campaigns.
  • Use website and social media analytics to produce regular performance reports and use data-driven insights to refine content and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience creating digital content.
  • Experience in video and visual content creation.
  • Experience managing social media platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience using content management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)

Preferred

  • Charity, healthcare or third-sector experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics
