- Produce high-quality content in multiple formats (video, graphics, copy)
- Use data and insight to improve performance and content planning
- Support community management, monitoring and responses
- Contribute to campaigns and key events (e.g. Open Days, Graduation, Clearing)
- Collaborate across teams and support wider content best practice
Requirements
- Strong content creation skills across digital channels
- Ability to tailor content to different audiences and platforms
- Understanding of SEO, AI optimisation, and accessibility
- Confident using data to inform decisions and improve performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Awareness of digital trends and audience behaviour
