Responsibilities

• Coming up with ideas for RIMANO and our clients.
• Filming and editing Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and Instagram and Facebook Stories.
• Capturing behind-the-scenes moments, filming short interviews and sharing business updates.
• Being in front of the camera as well as behind it.
• Spotting trends and finding ways to make them relevant to the businesses we work with.
• Writing captions, scheduling posts and keeping content going out regularly.
• Engaging with our audiences: replying, commenting and starting conversations.
• Looking at what’s working and using that to make the next piece better.
• Joining us at events and getting involved in wider projects.
• We’re curious about your other skills and interests too. Writing, photography, design, interviewing, music, organising things that the rest of us desperately need organising… tell us what you’re good at.

Requirements

• You might have studied content, media or marketing. You might have taught yourself everything you know on your phone.
• You might already do this for clients, or your best work might be sitting on your own Instagram or TikTok.
• You don’t need a degree or a CV full of content creation jobs.
• You do need a flair for making things people want to watch, the desire to get better and the initiative to make things happen.
• Personality matters too. You’ll be working with me, the team and our clients, and appearing in content as well as creating it for others.
• By “good energy”, we mean glass-half-full. Someone people enjoy being around. Someone who helps others feel comfortable, especially the client who’s convinced they’re terrible on camera before we’ve even pressed record.

Preferred

• Experience with CapCut would be useful, and knowing your way around Canva would be handy too.
