Job Summary

Own and execute multi-brand content across socials, email, and web while coordinating with teams and clients to land unified campaigns and data-driven improvements.

  • Content ownership: build monthly calendars and publish platform-specific posts across social, email, and web.
  • Collaboration and delivery: work with other teams and clients to deliver campaigns and briefs.
  • Performance and learning: track content results and translate insights into future strategy while staying on digital trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating engaging, on-brand content for social media, email marketing, websites, and more
  • Building monthly content calendars and crafting platform-specific posts (graphics, videos, captions)
  • Scheduling and publishing content via tools like social media management platforms or WordPress
  • Supporting your line manager and team with client deliverables, including design briefs, engagement, and audits
  • Working closely with other departments to deliver unified campaigns
  • Tracking content performance and providing reports that help shape future strategy
  • Presenting creative ideas and keeping your finger on the pulse of digital trends
  • Liaising directly with clients via email, video calls, or face-to-face meetings

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, content, or social media – ideally in an agency setting or managing multiple brands.
  • A solid understanding of key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest etc..)
  • Excellent writing skills – adaptable across blogs, captions, press releases, and emails
  • A creative mindset and an eye for detail
  • Confidence in using tools like Canva, and an interest in basic video or design work
  • Familiarity with SEO, content optimisation, and social media scheduling tools
  • A passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn more every day

  • A portfolio that shows you can think as well as execute
