Building an inclusive and welcoming padel community.
Being the face of the club and delivering an outstanding experience for every visitor.
Organising leagues, tournaments, social sessions and beginner events.
Creating engaging content across our social media channels.
Encouraging new players to pick up a racket and fall in love with the sport.
Looking after the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring the courts and facilities always look their best.
Growing participation and helping establish the club as the place to play padel in the local area.

Requirements

Loves padel and wants to help grow the game.
Is naturally outgoing, friendly and confident meeting new people.
Enjoys creating experiences that people remember.
Has plenty of energy and brings positivity wherever they go.
Is organised, reliable and happy taking ownership.
Is comfortable using social media to engage and grow a community.
Wants to be part of a growing business where they can make a genuine impact.
Whether you've worked in leisure, hospitality, fitness, tennis, customer service or events, if you're passionate about people and padel, we'd love to hear from you.
